Been seeing this for a while now. Read threw many post about one over the other. Many just saying bad ass ,,, lol. After reading many of the mature posters ( Greg, Seedy, etc. ) seems there's a 500rpm better HP rating for the splits. Since the spilt pipes haven't been around as long, yet many have them. Should be a lot of Dyno's out there to compare cars running same mods or just see when actual boost accrues Better than a chart, a number table would best show what the cars did line for line (From left to right).
Cars RPM's, Measured RwTQ, Measured Rwhp then Corrected RwTQ, Corrected Rwhp and seconds it took to gain power from rolling 20mph 4th gear pull. I think 400Ft lbs of TQ at 3600rpm's is very good. This was done with stock turbo's, stock intercoolers, stock injectors, stock timing, stock cooling system, no fuel adjustments with 105 gas and 17psi. I plan on getting the split pipes for the yellow car anyway, just want to see on paper the bigg differance.
STAGE V++++ Going to XV+ and beyond :) Yellow Z STAGE II Going to XI+ |
